       Sophrological techniques

  • Simple and oriented towards concrete results
  • They can be practiced during the day, at night or before going to sleep.
  • The target is that you will practice them independently.
  • This programme proposes to take into account the person in all his essence - body, mind, emotions, values - and in his existence during the day and night.
